Lesson and Coaching purchases must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

Waterski Lesson Agreement:

I agree that I will sign a waiver for myself and notify other adults in my party that a waiver will need to be signed before they can ski. If you are a parent of a minor who is skiing, you must sign a waiver for them. Anyone under 18 cannot sign their waiver, a parent must sign for them.

For parties with minors whose parents are not present, a signed waiver from their parent must be on file before the lesson can take place. Our waiver can be accessed on our website here.

Additional ski sessions may be added to your visit if time allows. Your payment information is kept on file, and these sessions will be billed according to our published rate.

Services purchased in advance and not redeemed by 10/31/25 will expire and the remaining balance will be charged for unused sessions.

Email and Text Message Communications

Upon booking your sessions, you will be asked to provide an email and phone number so we can contact you about your purchase. We also would like to contact you about future promotions and events at the lake.

  1. Our SMS notifications, Alerts and Occasional marketing communications will be sent to customers who have opted in to receive our SMS notifications.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to ski@bellacqualake.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
